Independent Design-Studio at RWTH Aachen University with Robert Saat, Aachen - Venice 2024

The start of a design process is usually based on previous analyses that are either made by the designers themselves or drawn from outside sources. In an experiment, we questioned this procedure and investigated a different approach to specific places, actors and environments in a form of an activist act through designing objects, repairing existing structures or even demolishing them. From the centre, not objectively, not impartially, and above all not distanced.
